Terms of Sale
The information we ask of you when you place an order is for billing and delievery, or for contacting you if we have a problem with your order. When you have placed an order with Patchwork Dreamer we will organise and send your goods. If we are unable to fill the whole order we will contact you to see if you wish to continue with the rest of the order. Once the goods have been sent we will send an e-mail to say your goods are on the way. We will get a proof of postage. Patchwork Dreamer reserves the right not to accept an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will refund any monies paid and notify you immediately.
Goods for sale from Patchwork Dreamer include our local taxes and are in pounds sterling. Please note you local import duties and taxes for orders being delivered outside of the UK are your responsibility .
We accept online payment through a secure system, all sales are in pounds sterling. Please do not e-mail us your card details as no responsibility can be taken for its security if you do this.
Import duties and Taxes
Orders for delievery outside the UK may be liable to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. Any such charges must be paid by you as we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Before placing an order look up your local customs officer
Unless faulty cut fabric is not refundable. Other items may be returned within seven working days after delievery. A refund will be issued less any discount and the post and packaging. Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused and in a new condition, unfortunately if they are not we will be unable to issue a refund. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, a proof of postage should be obtained.
